We will gladly provide a replacement arrangement that meets the high standards you expect from us.

Conditions for Replacement

  • Requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
  • We may request photos of the original arrangement for quality assessment and verification.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery time to facilitate timely resolution of any concerns.
