Return & Refund Policy
We handle returns and refunds for all flower bouquets, indoor plants, and gift arrangements across Dubai. If you have any concerns about damaged items or incorrect deliveries, our Dubai-based support team is ready to assist.
At Perfect Flowers & Indoor Plants, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautifully arranged flowers that bring joy to every occasion. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a structured resolution process outlined below.
REPLACEMENT POLICY (PRIMARY SOLUTION)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Conditions for replacement:
- Requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery
- Clear photos of the original arrangement may be required
- The product must be in its original condition
- Someone must be available to receive the replacement delivery
PERFECT WALLET (STORE CREDIT)
In cases where a replacement is not preferred or not feasible, we offer store credit (“Perfect Wallet”) as a fast and flexible solution.
- Issued instantly after approval
- Can be used on any product on our website
- May include bonus value as a goodwill gesture
- No expiry (unless stated otherwise)
Perfect Wallet is our preferred refund method as it allows you to reorder without waiting.
REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided by default.
However, in exceptional cases and at our discretion:
- Refunds may be approved after review
- Processing time: 5–10 working days
- Delivery charges and service fees may be deducted
NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not offer replacement or refunds in the following situations:
- Requests made after 1 hour of delivery
- Minor variations in flower type, color, or arrangement style
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailable at delivery time
- Change of mind after order preparation or dispatch
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are prepared or out for delivery.
In limited cases, cancellations may be converted into Perfect Wallet credit.
